10 miles west of Maine: City engulfed in flames, train crash, people may be vaporized

CNN finally reported an update on the destruction and 2,000 – person evacuation of a the city ten miles west of the US border with Maine. Oil flowing into river, still dangerous and burning, 73 freight tanks of oil just rolled dowhill into downtown, a populated center of the city with bars and restaurants and so on… occupied. Also a third of the city of 6,000 was evacuated, having been awoken by explosions. 40 missing, 5 dead, and “some bodies may have been VAPORIZED”. also a citizen reported 200-300 foot high flames. Images I’ve seen – it looks like the city turned into an instant VOLCANO
